Dug up from the archives of a few years ago. It was an epic trip to the Mojave, Flagstaff, and Sedona. We drove, we enjoyed an awesome wedding, slept on the desert floor, and learned about the dangers of fiber bars.
During a long layover on Oahu, we charged to the north shore with a 70mm lens and joined the mass hysteria of photogs and bronzers to watch a little pipe action.
We Drove 20 hrs straight. Guatemala Border Patrol attempted to scare us into paying made up fees, Mexico border customs delayed us 4 hours due to vehicle regulations they decided to create on the spot, and we lost $70 at a military checkpoint. Other than that, it was a pretty smooth trip. We stayed in the state of Oaxaca and ate a lot of al pastor tacos, found some sweet beaches, and searched for waves.
Before our journey north, we stopped off at Barra de Santiago to hang out in the ever decreasing mangroves. We took a journey on a ponga, hung out on the beach, and spent some quality time with our homies.
We flew to El Salvador for our awesome friends' wedding. This was part 1 of our fall journey from El Salvador to Mexico. We enjoyed the #$*&@ out of the wedding and naturally snapped a few photos along the way. Here's a little of what the 5d picked up.
A few weeks ago Dori and I traveled from El Salvador to Oaxaca, Mexico. We drove, we ate, we surfed, and we slept. This is a small glimpse into what we saw through the lens of the Holga.
